How much does a structural warranty cost on the Isle of Man?
As a rough guide, around 1% of the rebuild cost for new homes registered before work starts, rising to around 1.25% for conversions or builds already under way and around 1.5% for retrospective cover (plus a modest broker fee, only charged if we arrange your cover).
