Complaints procedure

We aim to get things right first time. If we have not, please tell us so we can put it right.

How to complain

You can complain by phone, in writing or by email:

  • Call us on +44 (0)3300 43 42 45
  • Email us, putting Complaint in the subject line
  • Write to the Complaints Officer, Finance Delta Ltd, 105-107 Farringdon Road, London EC1R 3BU

Please tell us your name and contact details, your reference if you have one, what went wrong and what you would like us to do to put it right.

What happens next

  1. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and tell you who is dealing with it.
  2. We will investigate fairly, and keep you informed of our progress.
  3. We will send you a final response in writing within eight weeks of receiving your complaint. If we cannot do so, we will write to explain why and when we expect to respond, and tell you about your right to go to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

The Financial Ombudsman Service

If you are not satisfied with our final response, or we have not sent one within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Individuals and smaller businesses are usually eligible. You normally need to do this within six months of our final response.

Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR

The service is free to use, and referring a complaint does not affect your other legal rights.

Complaints about your warranty or a claim

If your complaint is about the cover itself or a claim, it will usually need to go to the warranty provider or insurer named on your policy, which has its own complaints procedure. Tell us and we will help you raise it with the right people.
