Website statistics
We use cookies only to count visits and see which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, so we can improve the website. We do not use advertising cookies, the statistics are not used for advertising or to build a profile of you, and we do not sell information about your visit.
isw_first - remembers the page you first arrived on, the site that sent you and any campaign tags, so that if you later send us an enquiry we know which of our pages and campaigns are working. It lasts 30 days.
_ga and _ga_* - Google Analytics cookies that tell us how many people visit, which pages they look at and how they found us. Google's advertising features are switched off for this website. They last up to two years. Google's own privacy policy explains how it handles this information.
WARRANTYWIZARD
If you open WARRANTYWIZARD, our chat, Google reCAPTCHA loads to check that questions come from a person and not a robot. It may set the _GRECAPTCHA cookie, which lasts up to six months. This is needed for the chat to work safely, and it only loads once you open the chat. Your conversation is kept in your browser (lde_wizard, session storage) so it follows you from page to page, and it is cleared when you close the tab.
Turn the statistics off
You can turn the website statistics off at any time, free of charge. The site works exactly the same either way.
Checking your setting...
lde_nostats - set only if you turn the statistics off, so we remember your choice. It lasts one year.
Other ways to control cookies
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To stop Google Analytics recording your visits on every website, you can install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
