A warranty broker that focuses on the islands
Island Warranties exists for one reason: arranging a structural warranty for a development in Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, Jersey or the Isle of Man is harder than it is on the mainland. Fewer providers take island sites on, inspections have to travel, and every island has its own building control and its own lenders.
We focus on that problem. We know which warranty providers cover the islands, what they look for and how to get a scheme through their technical review, and we look after the process from first enquiry to the final certificate for every home.

What you can expect from us
We are a broker, not an insurer
We arrange cover on your behalf with specialist warranty providers and insurers. The provider or insurer named in your quotation provides the warranty and carries the risk.
Information, not advice
We work on a non-advised basis. We find the providers who will cover your scheme and give you the information you need to choose, but the decision is yours.
Clear costs
Every quotation shows the premium, the provider's inspection and administration fees and our broker fee separately, so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Our fee is only charged if we arrange your cover.
Paperwork done properly
You receive our terms of business and a written statement of your needs before any cover is arranged. Certificates and policy records are kept so owners can rely on them for years to come.
